Grilled Brioche Toast With Nectarines & Strawberries

Ingredients: 

  • 1 slice of Brioche Bread 

  • 1 Tbsp. butter 

  • 1 organic nectarine, sliced

  • 1/4 cup organic strawberries, sliced 

  • Peanut Butter, to taste

  • Cashew Butter, to taste

  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder 

  • 1.5 tsp. nutmeg powder 

  • 1 tsp. ginger powder 

Directions:

  • Grill the brioche in a skillet with butter (NOT toasted, there's a difference), put aside 

  • Sautee the nectarines and strawberries in a skillet with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger 

  • Spread peanut butter on one half of the bread and cashew butter on the other half  

  • Top with sauteed nectarines and strawberries
